For 18-years I have been a practicing Designer, and have worked with many of the worlds largest brands, across a range of industries such as Digital Publishing (IGN, Fox Interactive, Myspace, News Corp), Financial Services (MYOB, CBA, Zip, Bank of Ireland, AIB), Healthcare (Cochlear) and Government Services (NSW Government, Victoria Government, Dublin City Council).
The thread that links all of this experience is regular training for internal teams through shadowing or 'doing' of the work.
I really enjoy bringing people from across the business, and introducing them to new ways to working and thinking - on a shared goal. I have found this to be one of the most transformative methods
Most recently, I have offered bespoke training and coaching for teams for organisations through TheAcademy.ie or have been hired by Design Skillnet in Ireland to deliver service design courses.
Coaching
I provide online coaching to both people and organisations across a range of topics. If you need advice on how to do something (Service Design, UX or Design Research) or are looking for advice on setting up Design Teams for success.

Student Mentoring
I run This is HCD, and host Getting Started in Design, a podcast dedicated to helping emerging design talent through the transitionary period between University and their first job. I also offer reduced rates for Portfolio Reviews and CV evaluations.
